SHIPPING FAQS

Where do you ship?

We only ship to the United States at this time. 


When will my order ship?

Our items ship pretty quickly - usually within 2-5 days of your order being placed. If you've received your order confirmation but still haven't received a shipping notification after 7 days, reach out to us either using the chat box to the right or heygirl@shopbonnie.com.


What happens if I accidentally enter the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your shipping address. We will attempt to update your address if possible. We are not liable if the address was entered incorrectly, so please make sure you enter the correct shipping address at checkout.

RETURN + EXCHANGE FAQS


What's your return and exchange policy? Do you accept returns?

We're a small business with very slim profit margins. Most of our products are made to order when your order is placed. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in the case of the item being damaged in transit. Please double-check all sizes on the size charts of our apparel before placing your order.


What if the item is damaged when I receive it?

Our return and exchange policy for damages is as follows: We must receive an email to heygirl@shopbonnie.com within 48 hours of the delivery date recorded on your tracking information, with a clear photo of the shipping damage. A member of our team will review, and then reach out to you to facilitate the return or exchange.
